Ten Month Update

Rachel turns ten months old today. While I wasn't planning an update again so soon, there are some new developments that I would like to tell you about. Besides, I know that you love seeing her adorable, little self as much as I enjoy showing it to you!
  • Rachel is learning to drink from a sippy cup. She doesn't quite "get" it yet, but I know that it's just a matter of time.
  • She still rolls everywhere! The other day she rolled from our living room, down the hall, into our dining room. She is starting to army crawl a little bit, but mostly she still rolls.
  • She has six teeth: four on the top and two on the bottom, which is why...
I'm not sure how she ended up under the bed.
  • We are in the process of weaning. I just got tired of being bitten (it hurts!), and it certainly won't hurt her any to get formula for a couple of months. When I realized that I didn't have to pump anymore (for John to give her while I'm at work), it was such a huge relief.
  • She eats almost anything I feed her. Actually, I can't think of anything that Rachel won't eat.
  • Rachel loves to laugh, more so than either Daniel or Sarah Beth did at her age. And we love making her laugh! She has a deep, belly-laugh that makes us laugh with her.
What a sweet, happy baby! It's hard to believe that she will be a year old in just two short months. Where did the time go?

Cute pictures! I can't believe she's almost a year old either.
