We celebrated last night by having my parents, who live in town, over for supper. He asked for barbecue pork (pulled pork) with Cornbread Casserole and a caramel cake for dessert. The first two items were easy enough, but I don't plan to make another caramel cake any time soon! At least, if I'm all alone with three little children underfoot!! It turned out delicious, but it looks awful. And no, I refuse to post a picture!
John bought a little jon boat last weekend, so he is out fishing with Sarah Beth this morning. They got up early and headed out. I have no idea when we will see them again today! I hope they have a good time and catch a few fish.
Tonight (if John and Sarah Beth get back in time!), I think we are heading to my parents' house for some peach ice cream. My mother borrowed our ice cream churn, and she has made batch after batch of this stuff, and we still haven't gotten any. It's our turn now!!

My plans for today are to take care of a sick little boy and do LOTS of laundry.
Two girls just got back from a week of church camp, the other two girls spent the week at my sister's, and the two boys spent a few days with my parents. We have to get everything washed today, so that we can spend tomorrow at church and at my sil's for a 4th of July get together. Monday, the girls switch. The two who went to my sister's will be at church camp and the two who were at camp will be at my sister's. The boys will probably spend a few more days with my parents, if we can get the youngest one better.
