Tuesday is National Pancake Day, and you can get a free short stack at IHOP. They just ask for a donation to your local children's hospital. I certainly do not mind the donation since several of the children in my extended family have been cared for at our children's hospital. For more information, check this out.

Not to mention their pancakes are THE BEST! Our nearest IHOP is about 25 minutes away, but I'm thinking of trying to squeeze it in during an off-time of the day. Thanks for the reminder :)
