I know that I should be working on my Basket Weave blanket for "Baby Sister," but I just could not resist my new yarn. There are all kinds of reasons for working on the other blanket, but this yarn is lovely to work with. And I really like the pattern. It is so simple and easy to work on; it's almost mindless. (I say "almost" because I didn't think about what I was doing and had to take out three rows last week. *Sigh*) I think this will make a nice springtime blanket for "Baby Sister."
What kinds of works in progress do you have?

If this isn't for baby sister, does that mean it's a gift for someone else?
AND are you going to get your big Christmas project (the stars) done in time? I can't wait to see the finished project!
This blanket is for "Baby Sister," but it is more for the spring which is why I should finish the nice, warm Basket Weave blanket first.
