Since I worked last weekend, I did not take any pictures of my garden. It has really grown since
my last pictures, hasn't it? The medium for this type garden (no, it's not dirt) is so loose that the plants need support so they don't fall over. That is what the pipe and mesh is for. Summer squash is on the left, Roma beans in the center, and corn on the right. I will need another level of the mesh for the corn.
I am so excited about my little baby squash. There are a couple of them, and I will enjoy watching them develop into something edible.
My beans look like they will flower soon. I guess that makes them itty, bitty, premature beans.
For those of you with gardens, how are they doing?

Look at you!!! Great job! I love to watch them all growing. We are doing great here. Already picking several things.....yellow squash, chinese cabbage, brocolli, cauliflower, broccoli and cucumbers....bushels of squash! Peaches too.....not from the garden of course! :)
Great pics! Keep us posted! Blessings!
Your garden is doing fantastic. I don't have anything in the ground yet. A friend of ours is letting us use a corner of his garden so we have to "go there" and plant the veggies I have so far...tomatoes, bell peppers, chilis and jalapenos, cukes and zucchini. I also have some herb seeds that I'll be doing here in pots on the deck. I'm really excited to get into the gardening this summer and let my boys get their hands dirty growing "dinner". =)
Your garden looks awesome Nikki! I'm just getting mine in this weekend (the cold rains are finally past), but I've been nursing along some tomatoes inside the house. They have almost doubled in size and I think they're going to turn into small trees if staked right.
I love when zucchini flowers in the garden, it looks so pretty.
Wow, I am very impressed! That is so very cool. I attempted to plant some flowers around our fence here in Poland and some cucumbers...I need to blog about my funny attempt! One set of flowers is growing though!
Can you send me some squash in the mail?

It looks good! Eventually you'll have to do a post where you coook something using all of the vegetables in your garden.
It looks like your new way of gardening is working! Those beds seem to be the ticket! Lovely pics.
