Suggestions?

I have no idea what to write about today.  Do you have any suggestions?  Oh!  I just thought of a question for you:  do you know what phyllo dough is?  I have seen it in a couple of recipes that I would like to try, but I don't know what it is, or more importantly, where to find it.  Do you know?

Well, since it's spring break everywhere, you could write about your favorite memory of spring breaks gone by. How creative am I? :)

As for the phyllo dough...
"Phyllo dough is made with flour, water, and a small amount of oil. It is almost always used in multiple layers separated by melted butter. When these are baked or deep-fried, they become crispy and the result resembles puff pastry, though the method is very different, and they are generally not substituted for one another."

LOL I would have googled it myself, but I see Angela beat me to it. I love wikipedia.

I've never used phyllo dough myself, I don't have the patience for it. But I am more than happy to eat it when someone else makes it:)

I'll have to think about the topic thing, I run into that often enough myself. Maybe post some pics of your house highlighting a particular room. Didn't you get a new bed set not that long ago?

Taht stuff is sooo good. It may be in the freezer aisle at publix. You can make greek spanikopita (have no clue how to spell it).. you put cheese and spinach and garlic inside the dough.... I will have to search for a recipe. Yummy stuff!!!
I am trying to think of something to write about too.
