The Park

Oh, this lovely weather we have right now.  We went back to the park yesterday evening, and this time I took my camera.  I could not resist taking this picture.  Sarah Beth has a lot of practice pushing a stroller because she has a couple that she pushes all over the house.  (She even totes one upstairs sometimes.)  She did really well until the curb got her.  Daniel looks completely unconcerned, doesn't he?

Daniel loves the swings, but he also enjoys crawling around in the sawdust on the ground.

Sarah Beth skipped the swings entirely, which is not like her, and went straight to the slides.  She wanted to do the tall, loopy one, but she was a little timid.  She kept going up to it and coming back down.  The last time, she actually sat down like she was going to come down the slide, but then she changed her mind.  Too late!  She started sliding down, and her face was hilarious how it changed from pure terror to pure joy as she realized it was fun!  She was so cute running from the bottom of the slide around to climb back up.

If only the park were closer to our house!

Great pictures and what fun! We love our park too. It is about a mile or so away. We now have the playyard, so we do not have to go as much.

Have a Terrific Tuesday! Blessings!

Cute pictures Nikki:) Sarah Beth and the slide reminded me of how much my kids loved them when they were little. I'm so glad you're having nice enough weather to be able to enjoy some time outside.

Great pictures, Nikki! We've been enjoying this weather too. I want to see your garden when it's all planted. I'm going to try to do a small container garden on the back deck, but I don't know if it will work out. I have a hard time keeping house plants alive, so we'll see. :)
