WIP Wednesday

Per Mrs. H's suggestion, here is a picture of that baby blanket I was working on last week.  It's so big that I could not get the whole thing in the picture, but you get the idea.  (I had it stretched out on the floor, and I stood on the bed to take the picture!)

Here is another baby blanket I started and almost completed while I was pregnant with Daniel.  I decided I should finish my unfinished projects before starting something new.  I made this blanket with the purpose of donating it to our local Care Pregnancy Center, but it turned out prettier than I thought.  I will keep to my original plan, though.  I can always make another one since it uses leftover yarn from other projects, and I have plenty of that!  I couldn't get the whole blanket in this picture, either, although it is much smaller than the first one.
