Yummy Chicken or Chicken with Bacon
boneless, skinless chicken breasts
cheap deli ham (yes, my mother specifically said "cheap")
bacon
2 cans of cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
Wrap a piece of chicken around a slice of ham, and wrap a slice of bacon around the chicken. Place inside the crockpot. Mix the soup and sour cream, and pour mixture over the chicken. Cover, and let cook on low for about six hours. Serve over rice.
Your house will smell so wonderful while you make this. And it is a nice recipe to make when you entertain.

Sounds yummy! I will definately give this one a try! Blessings!
We had this for lunch at your mom's house last week! It was indeed very good :)
Angela, you must have had it on Sunday? She doesn't cook it in the crockpot, usually, so it tends to be a little dry. It's nice and moist when you cook it in the slow cooker.
That is a great recipe! I don't have anything to contribute this week since I haven't been cooking, but I probably will next week.
Laura, great! I'm looking forward to it!
Hi Nikki:) I stopped by earlier but had to take off.
This sounds nice and easy.
I'll be posting in just a little while.
Have a great day!
Mission accomplished:)
that sounds yummy!! I posted a recipe today!
Yoummy and easy!!!
Came here from My kids moms blog
Yes, we did have it on Sunday. It was just some leftovers from when she made it earlier in the week. It's funny to hear you talk about hers as dry because she told me that you make it in the crock pot and it comes out a little more mushy. If/when I make this, I will definitely use the crock pot because I don't ever have 3 hours to stay at home and cook this dish (like your mom recommended).
Angela, mine doesn't come out mushy. Did she say that? She has never even eaten it when I made it! I don't know if she has tried it in the crockpot or not.
