A day late, and a dollar short. Isn't that how the saying goes? I got tired of making coasters (I have 12 now), so I started on this. Isn't it lovely? Heehee. You can't tell what it is, can you? It will be a placemat when I'm done, a Christmas placemat, of course, to go along with my coasters and stockings. Hopefully next week, I'll have more done so you can get a better idea of how it will end up.My right-this-very-minute work in progress is these oatmeal raisin cookies. My house smells heavenly, like Christmas from the allspice, cinnamon, and cloves. I guess it goes well with my Christmas theme for the summer.

Oh phooey. I checked your blog at the wrong time. Now I'm craving oatmeal raisin cookies! Unfortunately it's about the last thing I need. Maybe if I go for a brisk walk I'll forget about them. :)

I second the "did you have to talk about oatmeal cookies" LoL. I really should make some for the hubby, they're one of his favorites.
Nice project; my problem is that I have TOO MANY works in progress;) I've come to the conclusion that sewing and crocheting will have to wait for now.
