Have you heard about this? There is a letter by Albert Einstein that is being auctioned off soon. In it he says,

The word God is for me nothing more than the expression and product of human
weaknesses, the Bible a collection of honorable but still primitive legends which are nevertheless pretty childish....For me the Jewish religion like all other religions is an incarnation of the most childish superstitions.

I guess he knows the truth now.

I think that many would agree that great intelligence (or in this case genius) can be a hindrance to a person, as they sometimes have a difficult time believing simple truths, or anything that they cannot explain themselves. Hopefully, he changed this view sometime before his life ended, or he definitely DOES know the truth now. Very sad.

Wow. That's pretty sad. What a great reminder that it's infinitely more important to train up our children in the nurture and admonition of the Lord than it is to make sure they know how to read at a young age, make it into prestigious universities, and have great success in the world's eyes!

1 Corinthians 2:14 sums it up. " A natural man does not accept the things of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him; and he cannot understand them, because they are spiritually appraised."

Even the most intelligent men will not understand the things of God without His revealing it.
